Jarrad Lee has been in hospitality for 25+yrs. He is a passionate hospitalitarian who has spent his career focused on leadership in independent resorts & hospitality groups throughout the country. He specialized in destination mountain resort towns for more than 15 years spending the last decade based in Aspen, CO. In June of 2021 Jarrad made the hard decision to leave the mountains for the city (Detroit, MI) to pursue his goal to open Hospitality Community Wellness Centers.

He is goal is to help create access to resources to assist the more than 12 million Americans who make up & work in the hospitality industry. His vision is to create access to non-profit centers that will assist with resources that can help individuals/groups work through the issues dealt with in the industry. Mental, Physical, Spiritual, & Financial wellness have always been areas of opportunity in our industry. It’s time to open our doors and our hearts to support each other, for our own wellness & the wellness of our industry as a whole.

Jarrad first step towards this goal is launching the podcast, “Hospitality Wellness Network” taped in downtown Detroit at The Detroit Foundation Hotel Here he will connect with hospitality professionals from all levels in the industry. Chatting about Wellness in Hospitality with all levels and players from around the country to better understand both the need as well as the opportunities we have to improve wellness in our industry. From the CEO’s/Industry Leaders, the Small Business Owners/Independent Operators, to the Leaders (Managers/Chefs/Directors) & of course the line level employees who are the heart and soul of the industry and the most impacted who we are looking to support.
